One oftheir divers almost T-boned and crashed into mycar while Iwas driving ona round about indowntown Blacksburg today. Myvehicle had the right ofway and aswe were driving they flew out infront ofus and nearly caused usto hit them.

It has been multiple weeks since Ihave gotten atest. They were meant tosend the results tomy doctors soi can get aprescription which ran out about aweekago. Ihave tried tocontact them multiple times toask about myresults but they have refused topick upthe phone nor have they called meback.

The sign says they are open 1—4PM. However, Iwas there 1—230PM noone showedup, and the door was closed. When Itried calling them, noone was picking upthe phone. There were atleast 10people while Iwas there waiting. Very unprofessional.

Scheduled appointment and noone was there, door locked, and nobody answering the phone. Ontop ofthat Iwasn't given anemail orcall notifying methat they had cancelled myappointment.

My wife and child have been sitting outside ofthis office for 45minsnow. There isno one there and they had aappointment for 130pm. Everyone isstill outside and noone isanswering the door/phone. Calling other places totake mychild but will betaking tomanagement about this. This isthe worse business Ihave ever had topartakein.

Where iseveryone? Every time Icome bywithin the service hours window noone ishere and the door islocked. I’m currently sitting here with three other customers waiting outside.

Of all ofthe Quest Diagnostics facilities I've had blood drawnat, the Christiansburg location isalways the friendliest, fastest (I've never waited for more than 5minutes!), and the best atcoaxing myhiding veins out sothat they don't have todig around orpoke more than once.

Not even doing their jobs.
I made anappointment online atthe request ofmy nutritionist aweek ahead oftime. The test Ineeded required that Ifast for 12hours before the test. When Iarrived tothe appointment ontime Ihad towait until after awalk-in was seen. Once Iwas seen the technician told methat they couldn't give methe requested tests because Ididn't have asignature from the nutritionist. However, they told methat Icould goonline and order itmyself— without asignature
from the nutritionist.So, tosummarize: Made appointment online, went toappointment, was told atmy appointment that Ihad tomake anappointment online.
The technician probably just didn't want todo their job today. Complete waste ofmy time.

I was one ofthree patients and the only one wearing amask. When Iwas called back Igave mylab orders tothe technician, who said she needed togo look upthe codes. Once she left the room Icould hear her discussing how many orders there were with another person and saying she “didn't know what todo with them.” The second person agreed and instructed her tosend meto ahospital instead. Then the first came back and told meshe couldn't domy labs because they were “out oftubes”. ️

I had avery good experience atQuest inChristiansburg. Iarrived 10minutes early, and Iwas out before the actual time for myappointment. Everything was clean and professional.

Had lab work done. There was aproblem with the paperwork Ibrought inso they needed toget asignature from the doctor. They had aproblem gettingit, and rather than contact meabout itso Icould try toresolve itthey simply tossed out the results, leaving meneeding toget the work redone. Very frustrating.

Not sure ifthis applies tothe local Quest Diagnostics, however, calling the customer service number has been the worst customer service experience Ihaave ever received. I've had tocall atleast 5times with the long wait time and Istill don't know iftheir error inthe billing has been fixed. This shouldn't have been myproblem tofix inthe first place ifmy insurance was properly communicated with. Even after Isent them the insurance coverage statements, Istill haven't heard back. I'm apatient person, but they seriously need tofix this, it's honestly ridiculous.… – show
