  • Add shiitake mushrooms to this soup if you’re a mushroom lover. These mushrooms can add an excellent taste to this soup, making it even more enjoyable for you.

Wonton Soup Recipe Notes

  • When using wonton wrappers, you need to move quickly. If not, the wrappers will dry out quickly, making it difficult for you to use them.
  • You can prepare your wontons in boiling water, allowing them to boil for about four minutes before shocking them in some cold water and then adding them to your broth. Of course, this is optional.
  • Make sure you serve your soup immediately instead of allowing it to sit on the stove. The longer your wontons sit, the softer they will become, eventually falling apart with ease if you don’t serve your soup fast enough.
