  10 years ago, the Harbor Freight Employee Emergency Relief Fund (EERF) was created to help Associates in situations of unforeseen crisis and uncertainty. Through the generous contributions of fellow Associates and the time and effort of the EERF team, Associates nationwide have received grants to help them secure their housing costs, cover funeral expenses, pay off utility bills, and much more.Current and former volunteer EERF board memberscame together and celebrated this significant milestone.
